The Brave Little Plant

On a small balcony in Paris, there is a tiny green plant. Every day, people walk past and say: "This plant is too small. It will never grow." But the plant thinks: "I will grow anyway." It drinks the rain. It feels the sun. It grows slowly, day after day. One morning, a beautiful red flower appears. The neighbours stop and say: "Wow! Look at this brave little plant!" The plant is happy. It learned that being small at the beginning is okay. What matters is to keep growing.
